If you pre-ordered
Fall Collection '26 is produced after the collection opens. Pre-orders are expected to ship early–mid October. There's no tracking number until your parcel is packed and scanned by the carrier — until then there's nothing for a tracking link to show.
You'll get an email with tracking the moment it exists. You don't need to check anything in the meantime, and you don't need to email us to confirm your order is coming. If our ship date moves, we'll email you before it passes.
If your order has shipped
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Carrier tracking can sit without updating for a day or two mid-transit — that's normal and usually resolves on its own.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
Check with anyone else at the address and look around entryways first — most parcels turn up within a day. If it doesn't, email omber.co@gmail.com with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier alongside you.

Check spam, then email omber.co@gmail.com with the address you ordered under and we'll resend it.
